This position not only offers you a great opportunity to hone your teaching and classroom management skills but also allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children you work with.

Additionally, this role provides the flexibility to select your preferred working days.

Compensation:
£30 per session (1-hour) plus travel expenses.

  • Provide STEM workshop sessions to up to 20 students in a classroom environment.
  • Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized learning plans and techniques better suited to them as you progress.
  • Help students with difficult steps and provide clear instructions to complete projects.
  • Maintain good relationships with parents and teachers while working.
  • Prepare each lesson briefly at home beforehand, using the resources supplied.
  • Familirarise yourself with any health / fire & safety protocols of the schools you work in.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in a tutoring or educational setting
  • Familiarity with special education practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively explain concepts and engage students

Experience is preferred but NOT required, we will provide you with the knowledge and training to manage classrooms and make progress in a teaching capacity.
