Purple Dove recruitment are looking for the perfect candidate to work in a small privately owned Montessori in Ascot, where you can gain childcare qualifications while you work.

Salary - paying National Minimum Wage (Apprentice)
Hours - 30 to 40 hours per week. Full Time and permanent.

The benefits:
You will be supported with your learning to ensure you get your childcare qualification.
Very supportive working environment.
Parking on site and also within easy walking distance of the train station.

The Role:
Planning stimulating and fun activities whilst closely following the Early Years curriculum.
Observing children and recording early years milestones.
Encouraging learning through meaningful play.
Working to maintain Health & Safety and Safeguarding Practices within the setting.
Creating a fun, safe and warm environment where children can flourish and grow.
Working as part of a team, and maintaining high standards of conduct at all times.
Working with under 5's, meeting their care and emotional needs.
Working professionally with parents and carers to settle children and provide regular updates on children's progress.
Maintaining accurate records.

The candidate:
Ideally have experience in a childcare setting
Have a passion to start a career in childcare
Will be reliable, punctual and professional
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Above all will love working in childcare
