**Key responsibilities** of a Trainee Sales Valuer/Lister include winning listings, securing new property instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also play a crucial role in scheduling appointments for the branch's Mortgage Advisor.

**Skills and experience** that will set you up for success include:

- Preferably experience in the **Estate Agency** sector
- Strong background in sales or customer service
- Attributes of being **resilient**, **positive**, **organized**, **numerically adept**, and detail-oriented
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- Proficiency in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Holding a Full UK driving licence
