Joining us in Employee Relations

The Employee Relations team is dedicated to advising and guiding the business, and People & Culture colleagues, on managing complex employment matters such as dispute resolution, as well as organisational change programmes such as business restructures and transfers, national consultation programmes and redundancy.

Skills

  • Provides dedicated advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations case work to key stakeholders, predominantly the People Advisory team.
  • Coordinates the process and supports the Chairperson for appeal, grievance and disciplinary and absence cases.
  • Supports on organisational change projects and programmes across the firm including business restructures, redundancies, changes to terms and conditions, consultation, TUPE.
  • Support protected conversations and settlement negotiations, liaising with solicitors and the Employee Relations Senior Management team.
  • Contributes to the team upskilling and knowledge sharing work eg Knowledge Hub, Knowledge Sharing Live.
  • Champions quality through the four-eyes review process and provides developmental feedback and coaching.
  • Contributes to the wider People & Culture team through collaborative projects.
  • Takes responsibility for GDPR actions.
  • Accurately records own work in line with the firm's systems, processes and protocols.

Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Employee Relations consultant with experience of working in professional services. environment. You will be working in a team whilst also managing your own cases and working on sensitive information so the need for confidentiallty and awareness of GDPR is essential. Cases can involve restructuring, dismissalls, changes to terms of conditions along with all other Employee relations queries.
