Main responsibilities
# Design and develop fun and engaging content, including but not limited to lessons, homework exercises and assessments, in accordance with Novakid standards and philosophy.
# Participating in the content review process and giving constructive feedback.
# Observing classes to ensure the quality of the material.
# On-going improvement of existing material.
# Taking part in multimedia material creation and implementation.

Requirements
# Evidence of your proficient understanding of lesson planning and methods.
# Experience in developing teaching material.
# Fluent English (not lower than C1, both written and spoken).
# High computer literacy particularly with G suite.
# Higher Education.
