Regional Recruiter - Scotland - G4S Events Team

Up to £27,800 per year & company car (dependant upon experience)


Our resourcing function is continuing to expand due to significant business growth, so we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our current team and be part of Events Team for the Scotland region.

This is a hybrid role, working out of the office and also home based at times, with working hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility during the delivery of face to face recruitment events.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Operational Managers and the Resourcing Delivery Manager to determine current and future business resource requirements
  • Build relationships with Operational Managers to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes, and develop business knowledge and understanding
  • Conduct job briefings with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and contribute towards creating engaging adverts to be posted to relevant attraction sources
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with external sources, including JCP Offices, Training Providers and Universities to deliver presentations and coordinate recruitment events
  • Drive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and upskilling where required
  • Ensure data in ATS is kept up to date and accurate at all times

What we're looking for:

  • Endtoend recruitment experience, ideally within an internal recruitment team, although not essential
  • Experience of working to and reporting against KPI's
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Experience in high volume recruitment, ideally with an events background but not essential
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Flexible and adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment
  • Highly motivated and determined, with the ability to be resilient and confident with all client groups
