We are seeking Customer Call Centre Operatives to join this incoming call centre team in central Bristol.

As a Customer Call Centre Operative, you will be responsible for answering and responding to a high volume of calls from members of the public, providinginformation and assistance, and handling a variety of inquiries and complaints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify the needs of the caller and provide appropriate information and assistance
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints in a calm and empathetic manner
  • Record and log all calls and interactions accurately in the company database
  • Escalate more complex or sensitive issues to a supervisor as needed
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality regulations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult or angry customers
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
  • Proficiency in computer and database systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
