We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding company who are looking for an Air Freight Specialist to join their team in the Heathrow Area.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the air freight process from start to finish
  • Completing customs entries and ensuring compliance with customs regulations
  • Provide high levels of customer service to clients
  • Ensuring all clients are served in line with their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Liaising with 3rd parties, ensuring service delivered is in line with agreement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients

Experience required:

  • Over 2 years air freight experience, also experience working for a freight forwarder
  • Good knowledge of customs procedures with proven experience in classifying goods using Customs Tariffs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suite experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
