Clinical Registered Manager

£ £52 000 experience dependent

Our client is looking for and experienced Registered manager however a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin would be highly desirable.

You will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the 48 bed home, ensuring the home is compliant with the relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.

We are seeking someone who can lead and inspire our dedicated staff team, to ensure we continue to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to our residents. You'll have previous experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar sized setting, and must be able to demonstrate good leadership qualities, have a hands-on approach to care, be forward thinking and have a good knowledge of the care standards legislation including Fundamental Standards.

We are looking for someone who has either completed, or would be willing to undertake, their NVQ/Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management. (min is NVQ 3)
