Planet Pharma has collaborated with a Global Pharmaceutical Company who are seeking an experienced Serialisation Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and robustness of processes required for serialization and pack commissioning. As a pivotal team member, the Serialization Manager ensures the safe and uninterrupted supply of medicines to patients

The role will include responsibilities such as:
Ensure the proper functioning and operation of the serialisation solution platform by coordinating with the provider as needed.
Establish and manage serialisation connections with contract manufacturer organisations (CMO).
Investigate and resolve issues when released batches are not uploaded correctly and synchronised with the European Hub (EMVS).
Act as the main point of contact with the European Medicines Verification Organisation (EMVO).
• Communicate with the EMVO as required and ensure that all Onboarding partner and Marketing Authorisation Holder requirements are fulfilled.
Act as the main contact point for National Medicines Verification Organisations (NMVO). Administer contracts and annual fees.
Supervise the handling of serialisation alerts, from all sources. Investigate, document, and correct according to best practice guidance.
Ensure accurate Product Master Data set up and management following national and regional requirements.

Main Requirements:

  • Experience in and knowledge of aspects of serialisation of medicines
  • Problem solver who can work through complex issues
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience of working with databases and computer systems
  • Experience of working in a GxP environment, experience of Computer Systems Validation
