Business Travel Consultant Out of Hours 27hrs per week
A Business Travel company is looking to grow their out of hours team by adding a new member to handle client inquiries over the phone and via email. This role involves assisting with both new and existing reservations while maintaining a high standard of service. The position requires working 4 mornings from 5 am to 9 am and one weekend day from 7 am to 7 pm, totaling 27 hours per week. The job is fully remote.
As a Business Travel Consultant, you will manage a set of clients and accounts, handle offline and email bookings, and consistently deliver excellent customer service. Meeting and surpassing personal goals aligned with company KPIs and account SLAs is crucial.
This role offers a salary of £27,843 per year, 30 days of holiday allowance (including 6 weekends and 24 weekdays), and a pension scheme. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in business travel, preferably with proficiency in using Amadeus.
Business Travel Consultants Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and accounts, including offline and email bookings
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Achieve personal objectives in accordance with company KPIs and account SLAs
Business Travel Consultants Skills Required:
- Essential experience in business travel, particularly with out-of-hours exposure
- Ability to work 4 weekday shifts from 5 am to 9 am and one 12-hour weekend shift from 7 am to 7 pm
