The Role:

  • Role will include using IT solutions to update the systems, and HR systems such as Sage /Edays
  • To provide an efficient, accurate and professional HR service to the business
  • Be the first point of contact for managers and employees
  • Deal with internal and external customer requests/queries whilst maintaining security and confidentiality of information
  • Manage and run the recruitment process

About You:

  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail orientated
  • A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent interpersonal and customerfacing skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Good team worker but able to work autonomously
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, adaptable
  • Customer focus 'no problem' mentality
