Overview:

Duties:

  • Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Enter orders into the system accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
  • Handle order modifications or cancellations as needed
  • Assist in resolving any orderrelated issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain organised records of orders and related documentation

Skills:

  • Proven experience in order processing or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
  • SAGE Experience is essential for this role
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Working hours for the role are Monday to Thursday and Friday

Pay Rate:
£ £14.50 per hour dependent on experience.

Pay:
£12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
