The role:

  • Oversee a number of set accounts, build strong relationships with a consultative approach, up and cross selling to encourage growth.
Drive towards achieving monthly targets resulting in an achievable and rewarding bonus.

Working with data gathered on each of your clients, reporting back to them their stats, utilising facts to develop their accounts and identify areas of growth.

Work alongside a small but proactive team with a combined target to attract new business.

Occasionally travel across the UK to meet your clients, take them for lunch, present annual stats/reports and continue to build the relationship and retain business.

Attend networking events, being the face of the brand.

What we're looking for:

  • Some experience looking after a client base, ideally B2B.
An ambitious individual who is confident in their people skills.
A believer in a consultative approach to sales.
Someone intuitive and forwarding thinkingOrganised and able to problem solve and follow set processes.
Happy with occasional national travel and overnight stays away.
Team orientated, working alongside like-minded, motivated people.
