Owned and run by the Royal Variety Charity, Brinsworth House is so much more than what you would expect from a residential and nursing retirement home.
A beautiful mansion set within over three acres of grounds, with 32 bedrooms, six separate living/ function rooms, an entertainment stage with a bar area, a conservatory, a library, a restaurant, television rooms and even a hair salon.
Often described as a 'home from home' and known affectionately in the industry as 'the old pro's paradise.' We offer round-the-clock care to retired artists and those who have spent their lives serving the entertainment industry.
We recognise that everybody is different and provide a care plan that suits each individual, offering an excellent standard of full-time residential and nursing care.
Brinsworth House has also recently undergone a significant change to its leadership structure, opening up new opportunities for growth and impact, and now seeks to appoint a Registered Manager to handle the day-to-day management of the home and a Matron to lead and oversee the clinical operation of the care home; changes which reflect the Royal Variety Charity's commitment to continuous improvement and providing the best possible care.

As our Registered Manager, you will join a dedicated, passionate, and high-performing team that is incredibly proud to be part of Brinsworth House.
You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of Brinsworth House, ensuring that residents receive the highest standards of care, leading a senior management team of three: the Matron, the Operations Manager and the HR & Compliance Manager.
You will also be tasked with securing an Outstanding CQC rating and work closely with the Royal Variety Charity to promote Brinsworth House and support fundraising initiatives.
