Seeking to hire a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee fit out projects in the United Kingdom. Our client is a leading construction company known for their dedication to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.


Job Description:
As a Construction Site Manager, your role involves providing leadership to ensure successful project execution within set timelines. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and site personnel to manage site operations, safety compliance, and project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, schedule work activities, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain strict safety standards on site, conduct inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to guarantee a secure work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise quality control processes to meet project standards and client requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate site personnel to achieve project objectives effectively.

Requirements:
Valid SMSTS certificate, First Aid Certification, prior experience as a Site Manager in the UK construction industry, strong construction knowledge, exceptional leadership and communication skills, ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines under pressure, flexibility for short-term assignments.
