We want to be the water company people want to be supplied by and want to work for.

This is your chance to work and gain a full environmental degree from the prestigious University of Brighton. Earn as you learn over the 5 year journey. You'll acquire deep knowledge and build experience that will set you up for a thriving career here at South East Water.

We work with farmers and landowners to tackle pollution at its source so that we can improve the health of our rivers and groundwater bodies.

As you can see, we offer a career path, training and mentoring so that you'll reach your potential. This is a unique chance to use your highly organised, collaborative and positive approach to contribute to the success of our environmental team.
