Responsibilities as our Sales Executive:

  • Approaching and always receiving customers promptly and courteously
  • Ensuring the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately processed
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of finance proposals and documentation
  • Being up to date with the dealership's makes, models, features and pricing structures
  • Managing and keeping customer CRM/Diary up to date and responding to customers in good time
  • Ensuring predelivery inspection and any repairs or servicing are carried out and the customer is notified of any delays

What we are looking for in our Sales Executive:

  • Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given
  • Possess good knowledge with the ability to answer customer queries
  • Computer skills essential
  • Ability to use own initiative and multitask
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
