About the Job
The Senior Manager ERM is part of the Risk function of MS Amlin Underwriting Limited (MS AUL), the managing agency for MS Amlin's Lloyd's syndicate. The role holder supports on risk management work relating to operational risk and the Risk Management Framework and also works with other members of the Risk function to support a range of risk management activities
You can help MS AUL by:
Building relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other areas of the business to understand their priorities and risk issues in their areas Providing independent review and challenge of strategy, processes, governance, and controls Maintaining the Risk Management Framework to ensure it provides AUL with an appropriate structure to identify, assess and report on its risks Providing input into the ORSA to promote its use as a value add report that supports and informs risk based decision making Supporting deep dives and risk opinions across a range of risk areas across the business Supporting various risk management activities, including risk identification, monitoring and reporting and supporting the business in putting in place an effective control environment Supporting the review and maintenance of risk appetite and tolerance frameworks Presenting results of analyses and reports to Senior Management Championing a culture of risk awareness Serving as an example for other members of the Risk functionYou're going to enjoy this job if you...
