Peppermill Recruitment are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef that will join a small brigade in a beautiful Pub/Restaurant near Exminster, Exeter in Devon.

The Junior Sous Chef that takes on this role will preferably have at least 2-3 years experiencein a Professional Kitchen, preferably in a similar position and will be passionate about food and producing exceptional dishes with their kitchen brigade.

You will be eager to develop your skills and knowledge, whilst building strong working relationships with other members of the kitchen brigade.

The Junior Sous Chef will receive an annual salary up to £27,000 In addition, you will receive Tips, uniform andother company benefits.

The Junior Sous Chef that takes on this opportunity will be responsible for stock control and ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, COSHH and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times.
