We are currently on the lookout for a talented Showroom Manager to join our team.

You may have already worked as a showroom manager, looking for the next step in your career or have a background in design; either way this role may be right for you.

We areopen to a variety of backgrounds but any experience within a merchant or showroom is beneficial, especially of you have worked within Kitchen or Bathrooms and CAD design software.

As the Kitchen & Bathrooms Showroom Manager, you will:

  • Maximise customer interactions to support the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
  • Manage the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and work towards Showroom sales and profit targets.
  • Build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly and realising the full potential of all customer interactions.
  • Place customer orders with suppliers and advise customers of anticipated delivery dates, scheduling delivery dates to meet customer needs and arranging appropriate transport.
  • Advise customers of trading terms and conditions relating to customer accounts as required.
  • Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion, continuously aiming to improve customer experience and supporting all Company initiatives.

So, if youhave...

  • Previous experience of managing a Kitchens or Bathrooms Showroom retail or trade essential.
  • Experience of generating sales within a dedicated retail Showroom or other relevant sales environment.
  • Knowledge of CAD design and design software. Is beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills and know what a great customer experience looks like, sounds like and feels like.
  • Relevant market and product knowledge.
  • A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.

A drivers License is beneficial to this role but not 100% necessary
