WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Job Type:
Temporary Ongoing to Permanent

Location:
Wickford, Essex

Salary:
£11.00 Per Hour

Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

THE JOB:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading of Boxes
  • Labelling goods as instructed ready for despatch of finished goods.
  • Quality checks of before products are sent out to Customers daily.
  • Completing relevant paperwork as trained.
  • Stacking pallets and shrinkwrapping ready for despatch.
  • Helping with lifting stock from racking areas and moving to the production lines where needed.
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe work area at all times.

Person Specification:

This position would suit someone from a Warehousing background.

  • Strong communication.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Able to follow and maintain procedures.
  • Warehouse and Production working knowledge or experience.
  • Physically fit and happy to lift boxes.
  • Health and Safety experience.
