Customer Service/Business Administration

  • Deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. The apprentice's actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction.
  • Key responsibilities include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meetandgreet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction, being the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.

Specifc Tasks

  • Provide a service booking applicable, vehicles in and out in a manner that minimises customer waiting time.
  • To control the courtesy car provision in an efficient manner in order ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Book customer cars in for repair by telephone or by way of personal visits. Prepare and update individual job cards and customer files as necessary. Maintain various filing systems and provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer.
  • Collection of payments from customers paying particular attention to banking/security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies.
  • To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment.

Qualifications


Apprentices will be required to have GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Level 2) prior to completion of their apprenticeship.
