The Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) is a progressive initiative by the Premier League to enhance Academy systems and develop top-tier players. The goal is to create an environment that fosters excellence, nurtures talent, and transforms them into proficient professionals capable of excelling in First Team football at the nurturing Club. Clubs are categorized under this plan based on their adherence to outlined criteria, with our Academy holding the highest status (Category One).

Scouts will contribute to Scouting and Recruitment endeavors, ensuring comprehensive coverage of local Football to pinpoint potential recruits for Norwich City Football Club's Academy.

Successful candidates will receive a competitive hourly rate, with performance-based reviews for increased pay and more opportunities to observe matches. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of scouting experience.

  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
