We are hiring a creative Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at the Central London Bar & Restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, staff, and costs
- Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain top quality
- Build positive relationships with staff
- Conduct training sessions for kitchen employees
- Participate in menu planning
The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.
