You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating delivery of goods, processing relevant paperwork and for the development of warehouse procedures

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating delivery of all products
  • Recording and receipting of incoming goods
  • Clearing of any hold invoices relating to purchase orders raised
  • Building and maintaining relationships with trading partners (both internal and external)
  • Providing regular forecasts to ensure continuous availability of raw materials
  • Inventory management to drive effective working capital management and minimize stock waste
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Criteria:

  • 3rd level educational qualification required in a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in P2P systems preferably within Epicor and SAP, scheduling background in FMCG sector,
- _Previous experience analysing and processing data within ERP/MRP systems and warehouse management processes are all preferable._
