£45,000 pa / Harrow, London / Good CQC / 36 hours (6 of them Supernumerary)

Time Recruitment are currently helping in the search for a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager for our client based in Harrow.

You will join a state-of-the-art nursing home with strong links to the local community.

With a full capacity of 46 beds spread across 3floors, this service caters to nursing needs for residents with Dementia and end-of-life care among a range of different medical conditions.

Duties for the Clinical Lead:

  • Working alongside and supporting home manager
  • Care reviews and care plan audits
  • Assessments and observations
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals
  • Creating and updating care plans
  • Medication rounds and management
  • Managing rotas and teamwork
  • Safeguarding referrals
  • Allocation of staff and cover for shifts when required
  • Induction, mentoring and training new staff

Requirements for the Clinical Lead:

  • A qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin number
  • Previous experience in a senior position is preferred
  • A passion to work with the elderly or within a care home setting
  • A committed and organised approach.
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Applicants for the Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager role should be NMC registered, with a passion for leadership and some nursing home/unit management/clinical leadership or deputy home management experience.
