Our Connect team plays a crucial role, connecting customers with trusted contractors and local specialists for their projects.

Resi is the leading platform for home improvement in the UK.

We are introducing groundbreaking innovations that are reshaping the industry - revolutionizing a historically fragmented, inefficient, and costly customer experience.

We have achieved unparalleled scale in the industry; while a typical architect completes about 10 projects annually, we handle 1,500. Our goal is to bring Happy Homes to a national level.


Whether it's an extension, renovation, or conversion, various tradespeople are essential for kickstarting your project.

Connect helps customers connect with needed professionals in their area, assisting them in selecting the right team and ensuring quality checks are met for a confident build.


Key Responsibilities:
nSupport customers in the project's final stages to move forward with a Resi referred contractornMeet individual and team revenue targets by securing tenders for Resi contractorsnCultivate and manage assigned contractor accounts for successnAssist contractors in using the Resi Connect dashboard and offer guidance on project estimation and tenderingnConduct initial calls with customers to grasp their project needs and find the right contractor to bring their vision to lifenCollaborate with Resi teams (design, regulations, planning) for a seamless customer journey on the Resi Connect platformnEvaluate tenders from Resi contractors to aid customers in selecting a builder for their projectnBuild rapport with customers through proactive guidance and support during the construction processnManage the onboarding and vetting process for new Resi contractorsnHost monthly contractor meetings with the Connect teamnImplement operational processes in the Connect team to drive success

About You:
