- As a Senior Planning Officer you will deal with an exciting and varied range of residential and commercial developments; regeneration schemes within our urban areas; and rural developments. With our emerging local plan at an advanced stage this is an exciting time to join the team. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team, presenting items to Planning Committee and taking a leading role in appeals.
