Testing Supervisor

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in parts of London and the Southeast of England.

They are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, overseeing a team of engineers.


The purpose of this role is to ensure that all planned/reactive maintenance and associated activities for the contract and all additional works and delivered as per the agreed KPI and SLA.

You are also supervising the onsite engineers in respect of all HR, H&S, and Performance issues and to ensure they are fully aware of the delivery aspect of the contract.

This is a permanent position suitable for someone looking for long-term employment.

The contracts you will be working on will be a mixture of social housing, private domestic properties, and small commercial buildings.


Manage the planned and reactive maintenance for the site; Assist with the scheduling of Job Packs for Operatives and Sub-Contractors.


  • Continually monitor all activities on site to ensure that all statutory, regulatory, and contractual compliance is met.
  • Checking of all Sub-Contractor RAMs and Method Statements and highlighting any issues.
  • Identify any training requirements needed for operatives to ensure that all tasks can be delivered.
  • Ensure that all urgent reactive Jobs are delivered on time and all paperwork is submitted correctly.
Company vehicle, fuel card, purchase card etc. provided.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM

NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent

  • Full UK driving license
