The role
We are looking for a proactive problem solver to be our senior Creative Artworker.

You will be key member of the production and realization team in creating beautifully crafted and technically accurate artwork and visualization within a fast paced and exciting multidisciplinary branding agency.

You will have a passion for brands, layout, design and typography with a proven track record of creating print ready artwork to the highest standards across both corporate and consumer areas.


Responsibilities & tasks
Produce and take responsibility for the delivery of artwork collateral within the Realisation department to the highest possible standards

Excellent retouching skills, strong awareness of layout, design and typography

Ability to work collaboratively within the studio to ensure that design excellence is maintained during Realisation stages

Deep knowledge of corporate design and FMCG packaging disciplines

Have an excellent understanding of print processes such as flexo, litho, digital and gravure

Offer possible solutions to problems that may arise during the realisation and creative process

Able to adhere to FutureBrand's production systems and quality control procedures

Liaise with external suppliers as required

Help develop and educate technical/realisation skills and processes to the creative

A good understanding of pre-press and repro

Knowledge of materials, structure and finishing

Direct and manage freelance resource as and when required

A desire to expand knowledge of online/digital working practices such as brand portals

Minimum Criteria

  • Good previous experience as a creative artworker within a design agency working with highprofile clients in packaging and printrelated projects.
  • Excellent level of skill in Adobe Creative Suite including excellent retouching, logo drawing and ?page layout
  • Experienced in Print prepress Corporate, and FMCG packaging.
  • Solid experience with InDesign mastering and style sheets
  • Experience in environments and large scale graphics
  • Recognised design qualification or equivalent work experience in relevant environments ?with a strong portfolio
  • Experience in creating Master Files for repro
  • Experience in GMG proofing and Colour Management

Key Criteria

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate design with experience of working on brand guidelines
  • Proven knowledge of FMCG packaging file build is essential
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
**Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of running a Studio would be beneficial
  • Cinema 4D visualisation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and template creation
  • Good knowledge of the web and producing web based assets when necessary
