South London / Hybrid (Primarily remote, occasional travel)

My client is a leading Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire an IT Project Manager with proven IT Security expertise within a heavily Regulated industry (Insurance / Financial Services) to play a key role across multiple Security focused Projectswithin a wider Claims System Migration Programme of work.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven IT Project Management expertise with specific IT Security focus
  • Experience of working in a heavily Regulated industry (Insurance / Financial Services)
  • IT Security tooling and Compliance tooling knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a Security angle
  • 3rd Party and Senior internal Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to articulate what challenges have been faced and how to have overcome them
  • Ability to work to and hit tight deadlines
  • Flexibility towards hybrid working

Nice to have:

  • IT Security Certification (CISSP or equivalent)
  • Operational Security Change / Security Operations experience
  • Familiarity with Compliance and Assurance processes
  • Previous exposure to working on Insurance Claims Systems (Guidewire / Acturis / Duck Creek / SSP etc)
  • Immediate availability
