Team Leader


The successful employee will be responsible for managing a team of sandwich makers and ensuring that they are providing exceptional customer service while meeting our quality and efficiency standards.

The position will require you to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers and team members daily.

Train and coach sandwich makers on company policies and procedures, food preparation techniques, and customer service skills.

Monitor the quality and efficiency of sandwich production, and take corrective action as necessary.

Ensure that all food preparation and handling is done in compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Collaborate with other team members and department heads.

Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Handle credit card transactions.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
