About Our Client:

International FMCG business with a wide range of on and off site benefits for their employees.

Drive collaboration and business partnership between the SSC and local Sales & Finance Teams

  • Day to day operational responsibility of Key customer accounts.
Investigation, ledger maintenance and resolution of deduction & non deduction claims:

  • Ensure timely approval and processing of claims, Invoices and deductions by customer.
  • Conduct thorough investigation of disputed claims / deductions with local Logistics Service Provider, local Country Sales and with customer where necessary.
  • Drive the timely resolution of customer claims between the SSC, Sales and local Finance.
  • Provide support to Sales in ensuring the right claims documentation is available.

Ensure the success of SSC CFS service delivery to the local market by driving ongoing process improvement

  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency or effectiveness of the busniness' customer claims resolution process.
  • Collect ongoing feedback from local stakeholders about unmet needs / opportunities to further improve service delivery by the SSC CFS Team.

Internal Controls

  • Ensure adherence to strict Internal Controls requirements, with a particular focus on compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Must be fluent in spoken & written French
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Being able to build good relationships across a variety of stakeholders with different interests.
  • Strong analytical skills to work with large amounts of data to generate insights and determine to root causes of issues.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Tolerance to ambiguity: Ability to operate efficiently under continuous change & challenges.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Ability to work independently to deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail, yet also able to see the big picture.
  • Ability to make things happen with strong sense of ownership.
