Main Responsibilities

  • Support Team Managers to meet targets, track performance/development and evaluate their teams
  • Provide all Wren customers with an exceptional customer service experience and build relationships
  • Work with internal departments to implement new systems/processes that will improve the customer journey and communicate regularly with departments to ensure we have the most uptodate information for our teams
  • Resolve any department issues or concerns raise by the Team Managers, Customer Managers and Advisors to prevent matters escalating
  • Work to develop the Customer Service Team Managers and Customer Managers management/leadership skills
  • Carry out performance reviews, setting objectives and recommending training development
  • Work with other Managers to create and maintain a high standard of training material to deliver to new starters joining the business
  • Submit recommendations to improve our processes, procedures, productivity, and cost
  • Ensure your Team Managers enforce and adhere to all Wren's policies/procedures and DPA legislation


In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
