Front of House Team Leader
To support the Chef Manager in the day to day running of the cafe

Location:

The Garden Café within Norton Garden Centre

Working Pattern:

4 days a week & everyother weekend


We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader, someone with high standards, a good work ethic and a good level of flexibility.


Main Duties/Tasks:

  • Producing Barista style hot drinks
  • Clearing tables
  • Delivering Food to Tables
  • Customer Service
  • Replenishing Stock ensuring that the FOH is always presentable and displays are full
  • Adhering to food safety procedures
  • Training
  • Ensuring that the Restaurant is clean and ready for the next trading day.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good Communicator.
  • Good Team Player, driven by the desire to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible with working hours due to the nature of the business
  • Health and Safety Conscious

Salary and Company Benefits:

  • Good Rate of Pay
  • 28 days annual leave including paid Bank Holidays, prorata basis for parttime employees.
  • No evenings & every other weekend off.
  • Uniform and safety shoes will be provided.
  • Discounted rates on food and drink in our restaurant whilst working.
  • In store staff discount after completion of a successful probation period
