ROLE SUMMARY

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers in their exploration of cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. You'll need good knowledge to talk about different products and their effects while providing top-notch customer service. As a Dispensary Associate, your main job is to facilitate customer purchases following State regulations, providing an exceptional customer experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Consultant:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to patients, customers, and coworkers
  • Deliver the TruExperience by upholding elevated service standards and product knowledge
  • Assist with returns according to company policy
  • Process patient orders efficiently
  • Collaborate with leadership for issue resolutions
  • Document customer concerns
  • Maintain a clean workstation

Additional Responsibilities as Delivery Associate:

  • Verify products before delivery, communicate clearly, and handle deliveries safely
  • Maintain delivery records as per regulations
  • Process orders and maintain product security
  • Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles
  • Relay customer feedback
  • Monitor work practices for safety
  • Represent company values during deliveries

Additional Responsibilities as TruHost:

  • Follow guidelines and provide excellent customer service
  • Interact with waiting customers
  • Maintain lobby and assist with tasks

Additional Responsibilities as Reception:

  • Follow guidelines and maintain supplies
  • Handle shipments and office organization
  • Assist visitors and maintain customer information

Additional Responsibilities as Online Support:

  • Assist with online order processing promptly
  • Ensure order accuracy before processing
  • Maintain urgency and follow procedures

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understand and follow instructions

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to be mobile throughout the workday, interact with diverse individuals, and perform physical tasks

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Employee must be able to move throughout the facility, communicate effectively, manipulate objects, lift weight, and remain seated occasionally

WORK SCHEDULE:

Up to 40 hours per week with flexibility. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
