This package is a 1 month trial for a support worker / PA for one of our clients. We hope if all goes well to have a permanent contract with this client.

Our client is 22 years old and lives in Wimborne BH21, our client is struggling to engage. Our client has a severe brain injury, following a road traffic accident.

The main goal would be to support our client with booking the taxi to appointments, attending the appointment with our client and getting our client home, with the focus being on engaging with attending the SLT, physio and OT sessions at that Poole therapy team

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
