WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Processor to join our Shared Services Centre based within Orpington. This role can be either part time hours per week) or full time.

This is a great role for somebody entry level looking for a role that will give them great support and guidance.

Alternatively, you could also be a little more experienced within the Accounts Payable space and are seeking to work for a company that offers an exciting client base with good flexibility.

This is a processing focused role, so it is essential that you are organised and logical with your approach.

You will be working within a well-established Accounts Payable team, reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Manager and working collaboratively with the wider business.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Match and process supplier invoices against purchase orders.
  • Process travel and expense reports in line with policy.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Process intercompany invoices.
  • Chase and drive invoice approval.
  • Other adhoc AP duties as required.


Whilst this role offers flexibility and hybrid working, it is primarily based in our Orpington office (3 days per week min.) and it is essential that you can commute.


THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience of Purchase order system.
  • Experience processing high volumes.

You must have:

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to resolve issues on a timely basis.
  • Intermediate excel skills.
