Job description
The purpose of this role is to lead and inspire the Health and Social care department to provide excellent teaching and learning, resulting in outstanding results and outcomes for our students.
The successful post-holder will work collaboratively to bolster the relevance of the curriculum and maximise learners' outstanding experience with external partners such as NHS Trusts, Community Health Trusts, Ambulance Service Trusts, Mental Health Trusts, Domiciliary Care employers and Universities including Nottingham Trent University's Higher Education Pathways.
You will be accountable for the success of the Health and Social Care Curriculum, measured through high success rates, high quality teaching and learning, student satisfaction surveys and high levels of progression to further study, higher education, or employment.
The role will require you to take on and work to the college's RICHER values; **Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, High Expectations and Responsibility.
