Founded in 2008, Circles Alt Ed provides support and training to young people.

We have just launched our 'Branching Out' project and require a motivated, responsible new team member to lead and support 3-6 fellow team members that have a learning difficulty or additional needs.

Your team will be undertaking commercial landscaping projects such as tree planting and ground maintenance.

We have planted over 5000 saplings over the last few years and have staff trained in forestry and agriculture.


We have experience in supporting people with autism and additional needs alongside delivering accredited training as we are an Edexcel Pearson BTEC delivery centre.

As this is a new project, variables such as working hours/locations are fluid but it is expected that you will work core hours of 09:00 to 15:00


No previous youth work/teaching experience is necessary, but a strong desire to help young people find their unique path is critical.

Salary range - £10 - £14 p/h dependant on experience.

  • Ability to implement outdoor projects.
  • Driving Licence
  • Communicate with parents/carers and other professionals.
  • Be able to attend professionals meeting around supporting the young person.
  • Be able to contribute to our positive, safe, caring and supportive environments
  • Have good time management and be able to effectively plan.

Part-time hours: per week

£10.00-£14.00 per hour
