We have a brilliant opportunity for a Supported Housing Worker to join our small but amazing team.
Working in our supported accommodation services, we look after our male customers who are aged 18+ and have complex needs and histories of homelessness.
Our focusis to help them get back into independent living.Working with our customers you will help them manage their tenancies, deal with debt issues, engage in the local community, make friends, find employment, and address any issues which may be impacting on their ability to live safely and happily in the community.
You'll spend most of your time working at our main service but will also travel across to our sister locations around Norwich.
You are:
- Experienced working with customers delivering personcentred support plans
- A great communicator and able to work with colleagues and contractors.
- Able to work on own initiative, highly organised, remaining calm under pressure, having a resilient approach
- A great team player
- Hardworking, and keen to get involved to clean and prepare rooms for new customers
