Valentines Mansion and Gardens is a stunning Grade II* listed historic venue located in the heart of Ilford in which the public can hire.
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Weddings Concierge to join our team and assist our clients on their big day, executing unforgettable weddings at our beautiful venue.
We're Looking For People Who Can:
- Meet with prospective clients and showcase the venue
- Manage the logistics of the wedding day, including setup and breakdown
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required

Ability to commute/relocate:
