HSE Advisor - South (Onsite)


A seasoned HSE Advisor needed for a role in a Manufacturing or Production setting. If you're well-versed in Health & Safety matters, then this might be of interest to you.



Role:
  • Act as the company's go-to person for Health & Safety in line with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental laws.
  • Support the HSE Management System deployment and oversee the HSE agenda at the site.
  • Coordinate Corporate HSE reporting.

Provide expertise to Management Committees and Plant management teams.



Duties include:
  • Lead, train, and support staff in Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • Implement and monitor HSE policies consistently.
  • Advise on Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
  • Conduct audits and improve existing systems.
  • Manage reporting and performance indicators.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and take preventive measures.

About you:


  • Hold professional qualifications like IOSH certificate, NEBOSH Certificate/diploma.
  • Familiar with current HSE legislation in a manufacturing context.
Desirable:
  • Membership in the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Continuous Improvement expertise (green belt level).
  • Experience in automotive or pharmaceutical industries.

Proven track record in delivering health, safety, and environmental management systems.
