Duties of work:
  • Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
  • The siting and desiting of Holiday Homes.
  • Carry out fleet snagging and the maintenance of Holiday Home sales stock.
  • Gas delivery to Holiday Homes as required.
  • Provide an efficient strimming and grass cutting service around the park for excellent standards to be maintained and to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work that is carried out is in line with the Health & Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, and owners at all times.
  • Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including preexisting courses found in the internal training portal.
  • You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors.

  • Friday


You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.


  • Ideally have experience within a maintenance trade.
  • Have experience of providing quality grounds and landscaping work.
  • Experienced in the use of maintenance and gardening equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and Timekeeping.
  • Customer focussed.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a wider team.

Clean driving licence and own transport required

Job Type:

£7.36-£11.50 per hour
