Role Overview - Why Join Us

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Home Claims Operations Manager with expertise in home claims operations within the insurance sector. Reporting to the Head of Claims, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Home Claims function, including FNOL, Small Claims team, SLT, Complex Admin, and Ground Movement team. Your role will involve implementing a home claims strategy aimed at growth, change, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - What You Will Do:
