Summary of role This newly created role plays an integral part of their growth strategy.
The post holder will be joining an existing team of private client experts andLegal Leadership Team.

You will be required to manage and develop an existing portfolio of Court of Protection work.

You will provide exceptional client service and support to our vulnerable and disabled clients ensuring all compliance and legislation are adhered to, as wellas grow and develop your own team.

Main Tasks and Duties

  • Previous proven Private Client and Court of Protection experience that will allow you the autonomy to grow a team and mentor others, including running appraisals and a team budget.
  • Servicing and growing an existing caseload.
  • Marketing and growing the Court of Protection work.
  • Provide exceptional service and care to clients, and act with empathy and professionalism.
  • To comply with Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Rules on the Professional Conduct of Solicitors.
  • In conjunction with the Firm, to comply with the relevant training requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and to assist with such inhouse training as may be required.
  • Able to handle own caseload independently with appropriate levels of peer support in an organised and efficient manner.
  • Selfsufficient and able to generate own letters and documents.
  • To utilise the Firm's case management system to best effect in order to manage your case load efficiently and effectively.
