This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor, a candidate qualified via the CILEX route, or an experienced non-qualified fee earner to contribute to a high-performing firm known for its excellence in client service and legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of title, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and identifying potential issues.
  • Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of property law and conveyancing practices to ensure compliance and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor, CILEX route, or experienced non qualified fee earner with a proven track record in conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
