AWS Engineer We are looking for a new Team Member to expand our agile team. You will be working in an agile environment, with a team of closely-knit, cross functional experts, who, combined, have all the means of delivering the product from ideation to market success. We, as Agile Development Team Members, are responsible for creating value in the form of delivering the product in increments.

Your Responsibilities You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle. As such, you will play an important role in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient serverless solutions on the AWS platform. Your action-oriented and looking-to-grow expertise in AWS services and serverless architecture will be instrumental in driving the success of our products.
The nature of the role is such that your specific responsibilities will change over time, and you will need to adapt according to what is needed and required by the team to deliver value increment each sprint.
However, your overall responsibility will be to:
  • Keep 100% focus on the product and its customers
  • Create and deliver very high-quality product increments
  • Hone your existing skills and develop new ones.
  • Reduce technical and organizational debt
  • Create a well-crafted product delivery environment, as automated as possible
  • Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, and others.
  • Create and implement serverless architectures that are secure, scalable, and highly available.
  • Optimize existing serverless applications for improved performance and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of serverless solutions.
Your Skills and Experience It does not matter which language you're proficient in but what absolutely matters is your hunger for learning. It would be a great start if your skills and experience include:
  • Professional experience with AWS services and a working understanding of AWS serverless architecture. (4+ years)
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex serverless applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in serverless development, such as C#, Python,
  • A running knowledge of serverless design patterns, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically about technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.
