Learning and Development Manager

Here at Futures, we are delighted to be supporting a genuine leader within the FMCG | Food Industry Due to recent investments and internal development the company is looking for a strong leader, who can oversee and implement new L&D strategies and programmes across the site.
Your Responsibilities:
nImplementing and developing Learning and Development strategies, programmes, and various other training across the site.nWorking in conjunction with the Managers across the site and providing support to improve their team.nLeading, coaching and developing the site training team.nLeading the site apprenticeship scheme.nWorking with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.
You will need:
nPrior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry.nGreat People management with the ability to lead and develop teams.nExperience of successfully using wide range of delivery methods.nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with colleagues at all levels.nHighly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
